USE and Features:

This machine has imported foreign advanced membrane press technology and integrated design with many years of production experience of membrane press. The machine is suitable for holographic laser BOPP, PET and PVC film, and the thickness of moulding is 12-250um.

The working principle is to heat and transfer any holographic laser pictures and texts pre-copied on nickel metal plate onto thin film materials.

This machine is widely used in laser printing, packaging, anti-counterfeiting technology, accessories of laser beads and other products.

Parameters:

1. Vector closed-loop control is implemented by Mitsubishi Tension Controller and Mitsubishi A700 series frequency conversion, and seamless control is implemented by PID control of optical fiber sensor.

2. Panasonic PLC and Veron HMI are used for automatic control, which is easy to operate and practical.

3. The heating system is equipped with WJD-36 external circulation heater. The machine uses oil temperature to heat and heat conducting oil to close the cycle.

4. With high-temperature heat conduction system, the temperature can be adjusted from 30 to 200 degrees (Fuji can only control temperature), and the heating speed is fast (generally it takes 20 minutes to warm from 30 to 200 degrees).

5. Equipped with automatic oil injection and blowing system, the replacement of plate rollers is simple and fast, saving the time of changing plate rollers (usually 20 minutes) and improving production efficiency.

6. Roller-type pulse counting touch screen is used to make electronic display high-speed and accurate.
